Where are you located?
We are at Strada Rivalta 15, Orbassano (TO), just a few minutes from the centre of Turin. Easily reachable by car and public transport.
Breakfast hours
Breakfast is served every morning from 6:00 to 9:30, with an Italian-style buffet.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. For different needs, contact us at 011 906 3131.
Do you have parking?
Cars: Free internal parking until full. Vans: External parking on the street opposite MD supermarket.
Payment methods
We accept credit cards, debit cards and cash.
Do you have a restaurant?
The internal restaurant is open only in the evening for dinner from Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Do you accept pets?
We do not accept pets.

What are the reception hours?
Reception is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, staff is available for late check-ins only.

Can I book online?
You can use our booking form, then you will be contacted by email or phone.
Do you have EV charging stations?
Not inside the hotel, you can find them 100 metres away at MD Supermarket.
How can I cancel my booking?
If you booked directly, call us at 011 906 3131 within 24 hours before arrival. Cancellation is free. If you booked through Booking.com, you must contact Booking.com directly, we cannot help. Cancellation fees may apply on Booking.com.
What guarantees do you require for booking?
We may ask for a credit card as guarantee or a reachable phone number. In this case we will call within 24 hours before arrival and if there is no answer or the number is not reachable, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
